Frequently Asked Questions
Please click below to find answers to frequently asked questions. Please contact The Private Skin Laser Clinic reception on 020 4552 3100 with any other queries.
I am a patient of the Private Skin Laser Clinic, and I attended the clinic at the Royal Free Hospital. Can I continue treatment with the same person?
In most cases, yes. However the doctor clinics have been reconfigured because the range of services that we are able to offer has increased. There are dedicated laser clinic slots available with our senior nurses, with Dr Rhonda Meys, and with Dr Ravi Bra.
What if I have a question after my appointment?
The clinic reception desk is open from 9am until 7pm on weekdays and between 9am and 3pm on Saturdays. Please call 020 4552 3100 with any queries.Â
I am unable to climb stairs. Is there a lift?
There are two flights of stairs leading to the clinic in The Derm Rooms, which are situated on the second floor of 14 Harley Street. There is no lift in the building.
Do you treat children?
We are not currently able to offer services to children or young adults below the age of 18.
